Summary



Adferiad Recovery delivers a flexible and coordinated response to the exceptional circumstances faced by people with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions and related issues. Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services – and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated.

Role Purpose: This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our dedicated Adferiad team working in the provision of a Supported Living Service(s).

Adferiad in Carmarthenshire provides a Supported Accommodation Project in Llanelli and will be developing another Supported Living Service in the Ammanford area of Carmarthenshire.

The new project will be shared accommodation for individuals who have a mental health illness, learning disability, brain damage and/or other support needs and intend making this project their home for life by having support to meet their housing, wellbeing needs and their aspirations.The main location for recruited staff will be at the new project in the Ammanford Area but staff will have the opportunity to work in the Adferiad Llanelli project.
