With the Op R Risk and Performance Managers, identify and prioritise candidate JSF interventions and recommend highest impact options for endorsement by JSF COS/ RCMB governance. Provide updates on delivery performance and use governance to escalate blockers to delivery as required. (Governance)
Manage JSF sprint lead resource. Determine and secure available resource across LOO to support delivery of interventions. (Resources)
Drive interventions to deliver agreed outputs, provide day to day leadership of the sprint team, setting the appropriate controls to track and manage progress. Use appropriate delivery methodologies to match the pace and scale of the intervention. Maintain ‘lessons learned’ to support continued improvements in delivery. (Delivery, Project Performance and Controls, Project Plan)
Ensure interventions deliver lasting impact and document changes with stakeholders (Change management, Benefits Realisation)
Establish and lead a stakeholder community across all Lines of Operation, working collaboratively to identify and deliver priority interventions (Stakeholder Management)
