We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Social Worker with substantial court experience to join our team.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
Social Work England registration (must be current and valid).
Minimum 5 years of references/work history (gaps must be explained).
Substantial experience in court work, including preparation of legal documentation and attending proceedings.
Eligible to work in the UK (proof required).
Current DBS Summary Form (Disclosure and Barring Service).
Signed Confidentiality Agreement upon offer acceptance.
Able to provide supporting documents upon offer acceptance.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake complex casework including court proceedings, assessments, and safeguarding interventions.
Prepare and present high-quality reports for court, including statements and care plans.
Work in partnership with children, families, carers, and other professionals to promote positive outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and local procedures.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records in line with best practice and legal requirements.
