Join us as a Business Support Assistant
Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Sunderland Care and Support is looking for a dedicated Business Support Assistant to help deliver exceptional service and keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing high-quality customer service
Managing customer appointments
Supporting wheelchair assessors during clinics
Liaising with suppliers and technicians
Handling general administrative tasks
What We Offer:
Part time role – 18 ½ hours per week (Mon – Wed)
26 days annual leave (rising to 31 after 5 years), plus bank holidays ( pro rata)
Access to the NEST pension scheme
