About ANDYSMANCLUB
ANDYSMANCLUB (AMC) is a unique and rapidly growing men’s mental health movement dedicated to reducing male suicide across the UK. Founded in 2016 following the tragic loss of Andrew Roberts to suicide, the organisation facilitates peer-to-peer support groups for men aged 18 and over, providing a safe, non-judgemental space to talk and support one another through shared experiences.
In addition to facilitating over 300 support groups across the UK and Scotland, ANDYSMANCLUB is the founder of the global #ITSOKAYTOTALK campaign, raising awareness and challenging the stigma surrounding men’s mental health.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, motivated, and proactive individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This position plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of ANDYSMANCLUB, helping to ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the main organisational email inbox
Update and maintain internal documents and spreadsheets
Coordinate diary appointments and manage bookings
Prepare and dispatch merchandise for events
Liaise with external suppliers and partner organisations
Manage stock ordering and coordination for clubs.
Handle sensitive enquiries with empathy and professionalism
Manage post collection and deliveries, including post office runs
Support with other general administrative tasks as required
Person Specification
Essential:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and confidentiality
A flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
