In addition to the core responsibilities, the HCA may be requested to; 1. Partake in audit as directed by the audit lead 2. Participate in local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care 3. Support and participate in shared learning throughout the organisation 4. Undertake any tasks consistent with the level of the post and the scope of the role, ensuring work is delivered in a timely and effective manner 5. Complete opening and closing procedures in accordance with the rota
