We are currently recruiting for 4xEO2's for our client based in Antrim (bt41 4JE) . The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed. Start date: 18th August Rate of pay: £14.93 Duration: Up to 51 weeks Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday No holidays can be accommodated in the first 8 weeks of employment due to the training for this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Discretionary Support claims processing/reviews/checking, to include use of relevant internal systems, application of controls/checks, guidance and legislation, use of Microsoft office packages to make accurate and timely decisions.
  • End to end claims process, telephony role. Office attendance required for training and consolidation, hybrid working pattern available following training.
  • Staff with previous 1 years Discretionary Support experience advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Providing office cover during operational hours.
  • Updating management on statistics and performance.
  • Excellent customer service skills to include dissatisfaction and complaints management and application of unacceptable customer behaviour guidance.
  • Proactive to work as part of a team/lead a team and deliver results.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Identify and implement service improvements.
  • Adapt and implement change.
  • Any other duties as directed by line manager.
  • May have staff line management responsibilities.

Essential Criteria applicants must have:
  • five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English plus 2 A levels or above.

  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to use own initiative.
