Are you detail-oriented with a passion for numbers? Do you thrive in a fast-paced finance environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Andover, Hampshire.
About the Role:
As an integral part of our finance department, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in finance within a collaborative and dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
- Managing internal and external queries related to accounts payable
- Assisting with month-end closing and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £26,000 – £28,000 per annum

- Working onsite in our Andover office with free parking
- Full time hours working Monday to Friday
