Phoenix Care Staff are looking for an experienced Support Worker who is committed to helping others and are looking to start as soon as possible.
We are looking for staff who are understanding and compassionate about supporting people in the care sector.
Phoenix Care Staff offer flexible hours working day/night shift to fit around your life for that home/work life balance.
We offer a fabulous rate of pay start from £12.21 depending on experience.
Duties of a Support Worker will include:
• Person centred approach.
• Personal care – assisting Clients to wash, dress and assisted with personal hygiene.
• Working with challenging behaviour.
• Building positive relationships with clients.
• Supporting residents to feel at home and relaxed.
• Supporting clients to carry out day to day activities.
