We are seeking skilled Outbound Telesales Agents to work in a small call centre environment,
Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of outbound or inbound call centre sales experience, demonstrating proven upselling and cross-selling abilities. .
This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who has the necessary skills, resilience, and innate capability to thrive in an outbound B2C target-driven sales environment. This is a full-time position based in the office. A clear telephone manner is crucial for success in this role, along with the ability to think quickly while utilising a proven script as a foundation.
Upon hiring, you will receive comprehensive product training, along with one-on-one coaching, call listening sessions, role-playing, and team integration.
We thrive on daily targets, which are fundamental to your success and earnings. These targets are based on KPIs such as calls made, contacts established, order value, upselling, cross-selling, and specific lists you will be utilising. As you gain more experience, we will provide you with higher quality leads and the chance to develop your own customer base for sustained revenue.
Please be aware that this is an office-based position, making it suitable for individuals who can easily commute to NG5 9RW, located near the city hospital in Nottingham. Applicants from Derby and Leicester should consider this before applying.
·Salary of £23,795.23
• Potential OTE of £32,000 per annum within 12 months
• No evening or weekend shifts; working hours are from 9 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Competitive bonus structure following the successful completion of an 12-week probation period
• Convenient office location on main bus routes
• 23 days of annual leave (including a five-day Christmas shutdown) plus bank holidays

You will be adhering to a proven script while having the opportunity to infuse your personality and character into your interactions.
We do NOT engage in cold calling; the majority of our customers are already familiar with our services. The majority of customers are aged 50+ and will have health conditions related to joint problems associated with arthritis. Your primary role is to sell! The position will also develop into an outbound account management position where you will call and look after your customer through the lifetime of their natural health treatment plan.
