What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a proactive, conscientious and highly organised administrator to join our dedicated Safeguarding Team. This is a vital role supporting the DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) team, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and record-keeping in all areas related to student protection and support.

You will act as the first point of contact for external agencies and provide vital administrative support for the Safeguarding and Intervention Assessment Team (IAT), helping to manage internal wellbeing referrals and coordinating support for individual students.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. They will demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and confidence when working with sensitive information. Proven experience in supporting management-level staff is essential. Experience in a school or safeguarding-related administrative role would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
