Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled High Risk Intervention Officer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a High-Risk Intervention Officer. The role will suit someone with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people and with the ability to communicate effectively with young people.

To work in partnership with tutors and teachers to provide intervention for persistent absences, lateness & low attendance to ensure that the needs of students who require help to overcome barriers to learning, specifically attendance, are met, in addition to helping students to raise aspirations and achieve their full potential so that they achieve the highest possible standards.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:

* Experience of working with 16-19-year-olds.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

Most importantly, you'll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
