Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Banbury (OX16)
Location: Banbury, OX16 (Just a 9min Walk From Banbury Fire Station)
Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours) or Part-Time (from 22.5 hours per week)
Shifts: Long Days - 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM

Are you proactive, caring, and ready to make a real difference? We're growing our team in Banbury and looking for Support Workers to join us in supporting some truly wonderful people across two neighbouring homes.

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You'll be supporting adults aged 30s to 70s with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex health needs. Each person has their own flat within two homes located side-by-side, creating a warm and supportive community.

These individuals lead full and varied lives—and they're looking for support workers who can help them achieve their goals and enjoy their favourite activities. A big favourite? Swimming! So if you enjoy a splash in the pool or hydro pool, that's a bonus!

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker, you'll be:

- Promoting Independence: Encouraging people to be actively involved in their daily routines and decisions.

- Daily Living Support: Assisting with personal care, mobility, medication, and meal preparation.

- Engaging in Activities: Supporting with hobbies, social outings, and community engagement.

- Being a Positive Presence: Bringing energy, empathy, and encouragement to every shift.
