Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff.
Ensure the kitchen area is clean and organized, including washing dishes and utensils.
Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
Assist in the plating and presentation of dishes to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Support chefs by preparing ingredients such as chopping vegetables, measuring spices, and marinating meats.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
Participate in kitchen cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Requirements
Experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to recipes accurately.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.02
Location: Camden, North West London
