Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £24,300 + bi-annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract: Full-time (37 hours/week)
Holidays: 25 days + 9 public holidays
About the Role
Do you love helping people, solving problems, and making someone's day a little brighter? We're working with an amazing charitable organisation that's all about supporting communities-and they're looking for friendly, empathetic, and proactive Customer Service Advisors to join their team.
This isn't your average call centre gig. You'll be the voice of calm and clarity, guiding customers through their journeys, resolving issues, and making sure they feel heard and supported every step of the way.
️ What You'll Be Doing
Answering customer enquiries with warmth and accuracy
Helping customers navigate delays or tricky situations
Working with subcontractors and third parties to get things sorted
Handling complaints and appeals with care and professionalism
Pitching in on ideas to make the service even better
What You'll Bring
Experience in customer service (call centre experience is a bonus!)
