The Role…

We’re looking for a Stores and Logistics Manager to take ownership for ensuring everything runs like clockwork from delivery to dispatch. If you're passionate about keeping things organised, motivating your team, and driving improvement, this could be the perfect fit.

You’ll be at the heart of the action, responsible for the smooth and safe running of all stores processes. From maintaining stock levels to building great relationships with your colleagues, this is a hands-on role where your impact will be felt daily. You’ll oversee multiple store sites across the Anglian Water region – occasional travel will be required.

Here are some of the activities that you’ll get involved in…

  • Running the day-to-day stores operation safely and efficiently
  • Championing health & safety, ensuring procedures are followed at all times
  • Keeping stock records up to date and stores organised
  • Handling deliveries, collections , and working with suppliers
  • Leading and motivating your team, promoting a positive and productive working environment
  • Making sure processes are followed and standards are met
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate…

Previous experience in Stores management, with plenty of hands-on experience in running operations smoothly and improving processes.

A good understanding of KPIs and warehouse systems, plus the leadership skills to manage teams and make decisions with confidence.

Great communication is key, as is being comfortable working with others to solve problems as they arise.
