Position: Night Nurse (RGN) – Nursing Home
Hourly rate: £24 per hour
Hours: 36 Hours per Week (3 Nights)
Location: Near Sevenoaks, Kent
My client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join their well-established nursing home near Sevenoaks, Kent. This is a permanent night position offering 36 hours per week across 3 night shifts, at a competitive rate of £24 per hour.
Key Requirements:
Must be NMC Registered (RGN) and hold a valid PIN.
Previous experience working in a nursing home environment is essential.
Able to work autonomously and demonstrate excellent clinical judgment.
A strong leader who can guide and support care teams during the night shift.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver high standards of person-centred care during night shifts.
Lead and supervise the night care team to ensure a safe and caring environment.
Administer medication and manage care plans in line with clinical best practices.
Respond effectively to any changes in residents’ conditions and escalate where necessary.
