About the Role:
As a Healthcare Recruitment Administrator, you will be a vital part of our recruitment team, ensuring smooth operations and providing essential support to both clients and candidates. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills will be crucial in helping us deliver outstanding recruitment services.
Job Summary:
• Ensure all candidates placed into jobs and assignments are compliant with client contracts, company standards, and all legal requirements.
• Operate effectively in a flexible and demanding environment, proactively engaging with internal staff and candidates.
• Collaborate effectively within a team while also managing your own workload efficiently.
• Handle highly complex, sensitive, and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain close liaison with Recruitment Consultants, adhering to strict client and internal guidelines.
• Support the day-to-day activities of candidate placements, ensuring a seamless process.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Demonstrable career progression in a commercial environment, showing increasing responsibility and skill development.
• Previous experience in a recruitment or compliance role is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficient administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to act quickly and decisively when necessary.
• Persistent, patient, and persuasive approach.
• Proven ability to meet targets and work to tight deadlines, for example, consistently processing a high volume of candidate files within specified timeframes.

• Competitive salary of £22,000-£26,000 per annum, based on experience.
