Job Title: PPM Engineer (HVAC)
Location: A12 Corridor – Essex & London (Field-Based)
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Overview:
Our client, a respected HVAC and building services company based near Chelmsford, is looking to appoint a PPM Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance and installation work along the A12 corridor, covering both Essex and London.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and experienced engineer who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of HVAC systems.

  
  

• Carry out installations of HVAC equipment when required.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures on all jobs.

  
  

• Complete detailed job sheets and maintenance records.

  
  

• Work efficiently across a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

  
  

• Communicate effectively with clients and the internal office team.

  
  

  Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar HVAC or building services maintenance role.

    
    

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent (essential).

    
    

  • Experience in both maintenance and installation work.

    
    

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence.

    
    

  • Good understanding of HVAC systems, fault-finding, and repair processes.
