Job Title: PPM Engineer (HVAC)
Location: A12 Corridor – Essex & London (Field-Based)
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Overview:
Our client, a respected HVAC and building services company based near Chelmsford, is looking to appoint a PPM Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance and installation work along the A12 corridor, covering both Essex and London.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable and experienced engineer who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of HVAC systems.

Carry out installations of HVAC equipment when required.

Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures on all jobs.

Complete detailed job sheets and maintenance records.

Work efficiently across a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Communicate effectively with clients and the internal office team.
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar HVAC or building services maintenance role.

NVQ Level 2/3 in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent (essential).

Experience in both maintenance and installation work.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Full UK driving licence.

Good understanding of HVAC systems, fault-finding, and repair processes.
