We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teacher to join a dedicated team focused on providing the best possible start to children’s education. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape young learners’ development during their most formative years. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as an Early Years Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating environment that supports all areas of learning.
Support the social, emotional, and personal development of each child.
Observe, assess and record children’s progress, using this to inform future planning.
Work closely with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Maintain a safe and well-organised learning space that encourages exploration and independence.
Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times.
Ideal Early Years Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
A caring, creative and patient approach to teaching young children.
Strong organisational, communication, and classroom management skills as an Early Years Teacher.
Experience working in a nursery or reception class (desirable).
A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
