Temporary Ongoing
Concept Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join us on a temporary ongoing basis.
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week, split across Monday and Tuesday, 8.30am to 5.30pm and Wednesday 8.30am to 12.30pm (with some flexibility on the working hours).
Role Responsibilities:
• Answering and transferring incoming calls
• Meeting and greeting visitors into the business, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence
• Assisting in the completion of registration packs
• Supporting the team with general administrative duties
You will need:
• Previous experience providing administrative support to a busy team
• A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
• Strong communications skills both verbal and written
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Flexibility in terms of working days to assist with holiday cover
