Join Our Team as an Area Sales Manager - FMCG Field Sales

We're offering a rare and exciting opportunity to take the next step in your field sales career. As an Area Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of tactical field agents on our Flex Team-driving performance across some of the UK's most recognised FMCG brands in major retailers.

Location: Bristol, United Kingdom, BS2

Territory covering: Bristol, Gloucester, Cardiff, Swansea, Bournemouth, Taunton, Plymouth, Exeter, Truro & surrounding areas

Salary: £34,000 + 10% annual bonus + Company Car

  • Managing and motivating a team to meet KPIs across multiple ongoing campaigns

  • Collaborating with key departments including Client Services, HR, and Operations
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and innovate in your region

What a typical week looks like:

  • Monitoring performance against campaign KPIs
  • Supporting local recruitment to ensure campaign readiness
  • Conducting field visits and providing hands-on coaching
  • Managing flexible staffing needs to cover absence and holiday
  • Building collaborative relationships across departments
  • Identifying areas to streamline and improve operations

What you'll get:

  • Monday to Friday working pattern (typically 9:00am - 5:30pm, flexibility required)
