A lovely family in Bermondsey, London is looking for a Part-time Nanny-Housekeeper to help them care for their toddler, school aged child and help them with their household. They seek someone energetic and adaptable and able to tune into each child's individual needs. An ideal candidate will be someone positive, proactive and experienced in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. They are looking for someone independent but communicative who will keep them in the loop and raise anything that needs attention. They need someone who will become a trusted and consistent part of our family routine. Additionally, they seek someone with a reasonable degree of flexibility to adapt as the family’s routine evolves.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: around 15 to 20 hours per week n a flexible schedule
Duties include:
preparing meals for the children
supporting all aspects of their development
keeping their bedrooms and play area neat and tidy
organising the laundry and ironing
setting feeding and nap times
school pick-ups and early evening care, planning fun, age-appropriate activities and outings
changing them when needed
loading the dishwasher
taking them for walks to the local park or high street
ensuring they are washed and ready for bed at the end of the day
They are looking for someone to hire in September 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
