Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team at Maximus Catering Ltd. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of Turkish dishes, including barbecue and other food offerings. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of every dish, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
Main duties include:
• Prepare and cook high-quality Turkish dishes, focusing on barbecue and other food items, in line with our updated menu standards.
• Ensure that all food is prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with management to create and implement special promotions, events, and new menu offerings, particularly as we expand to include traditional Turkish favorites.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all dishes.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality service.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong focus on Turkish cuisine and kebabs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Creativity and innovation in food preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
