Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, to join our well-established and growing Cleaning business in the Staffordshire areas.
You must be available to work Monday to Friday, working 20 hours per week at £13.21 per hour.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of cleaning and to be part of the Glen Family.
This is a very hands-on position, meaning Cleaning experience is prefered, however it is not essential as Training will be provided.
You will need to be trustworthy, well organised, flexible, and reliable with a keen eye for attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple schools, ensuring compliance with cleaning schedules and standards
• Provide cleaning cover for absence and vacancies as required
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleanliness and performance, completing audits and addressing any issues promptly
• Provide training and support to cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Maintain and monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively
• Liaise with site client to ensure their specific cleaning needs are met
• Respond to Customer/ Site Team
• Follow all COSHH, H/S and colour coding.
• Use of Timegate for Actual pay
• Daily rectification of faults
• Cleaning a mix of areas thoroughly
• Must be hands on as covering sickness and holidays is a must.
• Must be able to train staff
• Carry out weekly inspections
• Communicate with our clients
• Be flexible on times
• High standards
A Full UK Driving License is required.
