We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Southwark to assist with the appointment of a Wet Trade Operative, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £18.40 - £24.20 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Carry out wet trade works including plastering, tiling, rendering, and decorating
• Prepare and finish surfaces in occupied and void properties
• Use appropriate tools and materials to ensure quality finishes
• Support other trades on-site when needed
• Ensure safe use of tools, materials, and PPE
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plastering, Tiling, or Painting & Decorating
• Experience in multi-trade repairs and refurbishment
• Attention to detail in finishing work
• Full UK manual driving licence

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
