We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Southwark to assist with the appointment of a Carpenter, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £18.40 - £24.20 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Undertake carpentry repairs including doors, frames, skirting, flooring, and kitchen units
• Complete work in both void and tenanted properties
• Interpret drawings and specifications to complete jobs
• Work to a high standard with minimal supervision
• Maintain a safe working environment on-site
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry or equivalent
• Proven experience in residential carpentry
• Ability to assess and carry out varied woodwork repairs
• Full UK manual driving licence
