We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Southwark to assist with the appointment of a Plumber, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £18.40 - £24.20 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
• Work on domestic water systems, radiators, and general plumbing faults
• Liaise with residents to assess and complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain tools, equipment, and van stock
• Adhere to all health and safety and building regulations
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
• Experience in housing maintenance or similar settings
• Strong customer service skills
• Full UK manual driving licence
