Post Title: Senior Landscape Manager

This is a permanent contract, with a preferred start date of September 2025 but we can accommodate longer notice periods for experienced applicants.

Salary: £32,310 per annum

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, predominantly 8.00am to 4.00pm

Depending on project delivery there can be periods of regular overtime and time spent overnight near site. There are TOIL and overtime provisions for this.

You’ll be joining our expert Nature Based Solutions team, pioneers in landscape management and innovation—from meadow-rich Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS) in Mansfield, to flagship public green spaces like Manor Fields Park and Grey to Green in Sheffield.

As part of our management team, you’ll lead and inspire our skilled landscape managers and assistants, overseeing the design, installation, and stewardship of transformational green infrastructure for public and private clients alike. This is a strategic, hands-on opportunity to influence, grow, and win exciting new business at the intersection of innovative natural solutions, design, and community.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for nature-based solutions and a proven track record of leading teams and winning impactful projects. As part of your application, we are keen to hear about the projects you've successfully delivered.
