Summary
We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. You’ll support children’s learning and development through creative play, build strong relationships with families, and help maintain a safe, stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Observe and record children’s progress, sharing updates with parents and carers
Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support each child’s individual needs
Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
Experience working with children aged 2–5 (preferred)
A warm, patient, and positive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Paediatric First Aid and DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
