We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, requiring strong organisational skills and proficiency in various software applications.
The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making excellent phone etiquette crucial.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Assist with clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and maintaining office documents.
Support the team with administrative tasks.
Organise meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Experience and Skills
Proficient in computerized systems with strong data entry capabilities.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience using Google Suite applications effectively in an office setting.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
Previous experience in an administrative or office role is essential.
Work Schedule/Hours:
20 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Salary and Benefits:
Rate - £13 p/h
