We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and welcoming team at The Hundred of Hoo Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our secondary phase, supporting students with diverse learning needs and helping them to reach their full potential in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
In this role, you will provide personalised support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs, tailoring your approach to suit their individual learning styles. You will have the chance to make a significant impact on their academic progress and personal development, while working within a supportive team that is committed to fostering a positive learning experience for all.
Whether you have experience working with SEN pupils or are keen to develop your skills in this area, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact.
