Crynodeb
We are looking for someone with the following qualities: * Proven experience in the field of Tissue Viability and advanced wound management * Proven experience at a senior nurse level -- including management/supporting junior colleagues * Ability to use specialist wound therapies, such as Doppler assessment (including toe pressures), compression therapy, Negative Pressure Wound Therapy and Larval Therapy * Demonstrates personal qualities key to the role -- such as compassion, respect, listening * Good interpersonal and team working skills * Ability to prioritise own workload and to keep deadlines with minimal supervision * Advanced decision making skills * Advanced leadership skills * Access to transport to travel in connection with the post e.g. to attend meetings or training events across the county
