Job Description

Collect and dispose of recyclable and residual waste as presented by the property owners of Aberdeenshire, in accordance with Council policies and procedures.

This role involves operating a road sweeper; therefore, a valid standard driving licence is essential. Applicants should be confident and competent drivers. Full training will be provided.

May be required to work on Public holidays, walk up to 15 Miles per day and be prepared to work in all weathers, , carry out street cleansing duties, picking up dead animals, fly tipping and deliver bins

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
