An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Academic Registry as a Senior Administrator in the Student Journey Team. This is a fixed term position for 18 months within the Registry team, supporting the co-ordinated application process and management of Undergraduate applicants.

The role holder will work closely with other Registry Teams to ensure common student operations are fit for UG purposes. The role requires close liaison with Admissions, Global office as well as colleagues in other professional service units.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual, with the ability to multi-task across a varied and busy workload. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will be confident in working with data, including analysing data and ensuring data integrity. The role focuses on the co-ordination, delivery and development of services relating to undergraduate records, processes and customer experience to ensure quality, timeliness and effectiveness of our decision-making strategies and applicant experience.

You will receive full training on all internal processes and procedures, and you will have ongoing learning and development opportunities.
