We are seeking an inspirational Ward Sister / Charge Nurse who will be a visible role model, leading by example and demonstrating a passion for delivering high standards of patient-centred care. What we are looking for:
A registered nurse with a keen interest in respiratory medicine.
A proven leader, ready to take responsibility for the clinical and operational management of a busy unit.
Someone with a strong focus on staff wellbeing, who can support, guide, and develop a multidisciplinary team.
A professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with the wider MDT to ensure safe and effective care.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide strong clinical leadership and ensure high standards of nursing practice.
• Oversee workforce planning, budgetary management, and governance processes.
• Lead on the training and development of staff, promoting continuous learning.
• Foster a culture of compassion, safety, and excellence in care delivery.
