Industrial Mechanical Fitter - Haydock - Permanent Role
- £39,300 with OTE of up to £42,000
- On call 1 week in 4 with £225 per week on call allowance
- 07.00-4pm Monday to Thursday and 07.00-1pm on Fridays
- Permanent job - Haydock
Purpose of role:
- Strip down faulty and damaged mechanical components, from motors, fan units, gearboxes, pumps, valves, generators.
- Diagnose faults on components then carry out repairs and maintenance on the components
Applicant Essentials:
- Very good experience in repair and maintenance of pumps, valves, fan units, generators and industrial mechanical equipment
- Very good experience with AC and DC motors
- Very good experience in mechanical engineering related to industrial manufacturing
- Able to use measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, calipers)
- Able to check clearances and tolerances
- Basic knowledge of electrical testing

£39,300 per annum, plus £225 per week on call allowance, (1 week in 4) superb overtime rates, holiday pay, company pension and incredibly generous employee benefits package.
