POLYFRAME has provided fenestration solutions to the construction industry for over 25 years. Manufacturing PVCu windows and doors
from our factory in Lenwade using two of the most trusted PVCu profiles, REHAU and Eurocell, we combine the highest quality
materials with our fenestration expertise to ensure our customers receive market leading service and quality.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join us at our Polyframe site in Lenwade.
Job Purpose:
A critical part of the team and operations, you will provide the engineering expertise to keep the business operating efficiently.
You will maintain the production equipment to minimize downtime and maximise production output, ensure that equipment is safe to
use, react to breakdowns and technical issues, create and carry out planned maintenance programmes. Working as part of the team,
you will support with improvement projects, liaise with external parties, order parts, train employees on equipment use, etc.

Key Skills
* Experience of electrical and mechanical maintenance engineering is essential
* Engineering qualifications (including 17th edition electrical) is essential
* Experience of working on Stuga CNC, Welders, Corner Cleaners, Saws, Compressors, Conveyor
* Problem solving and action planning
* Planning, organising and time management
* Building effective relationships and influencing change
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong computer literacy
Desirable Experience
* Experience gained within a manufacturing environment
What we offer:
Salary: £44,495pa
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours (Week 1 – 6am-2pm / Week 2 – 2.15pm to 10.15pm)
