About the Role

We're looking for a confident and proactive Lead Support Worker to join our team in Market Drayton. You'll be supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in a supported living setting, helping them live independently and with purpose.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide and inspire your team, implement Dimensions' person-centred 'Activate' model, and ensure high-quality support is delivered consistently. You'll be part of a service that values creativity, positivity, and teamwork.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Lead Support Worker, you'll be:

- Leading by Example: Supporting individuals directly while mentoring and guiding your team.

- Promoting Independence: Helping people make choices and live life on their terms.

- Managing Support Plans: Ensuring care is delivered in line with individual needs and preferences.

- Collaborating with Professionals: Working with families, health teams, and other stakeholders.

- Championing Best Practice: Upholding Dimensions' values and promoting a positive, inclusive culture.

This role includes sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays, with shift patterns discussed during the interview process.
