Position: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Office-based in Epsom, Surrey
Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Recruitment Professionals is proud to be working on behalf of a reputable and long-established law firm in Epsom, Surrey, to recruit an experienced full-time Residential Conveyancer. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional to manage their own caseload in a supportive, office-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a full range of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Draft contracts, conduct title checks, and liaise with all parties to ensure smooth completion
-Manage files from instruction through to post-completion
- Provide exceptional client care throughout the transaction process
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum 2–3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong organisational and file management skills
- Capable of working independently and efficiently
- Office-based role – remote working not available
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00/9:30am – 5:00/5:30pm
- 1-hour lunch break
- 4 weeks annual leave
