Are you an experienced CNC Machine Operator looking for a long-term opportunity in the Walsall area? We’re hiring 2 x CNC Machine Operators for a well-established engineering company offering stable hours, an early Friday finish, and genuine potential for a permanent role.
What’s on offer
You’ll earn £12.50 per hour, paid weekly. The working h
ours are Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 4.30pm, with an early finish at 12.30pm on Fridays. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity based in a clean, modern workshop with a supportive team. The company is located in Walsall with on-site parking available.
Duties of a CNC Machine Operator
You’ll be operating CNC machinery (milling or turning), loading and unloading components, and performing quality checks using micrometres, verniers, and gauges. The role may also involve reading basic engineering drawings and working to production targets while maintaining a clean work area.
Requirements
You should have experience as a CNC Machine Operator, CNC Machinist, or CNC Setter. You must be comfortable using measuring tools, reading from specifications or drawings, and be reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
