Crynodeb
To lead our kitchen team in a popular farm-based tea room, serving teas, cakes, light lunches, and specials or set meals e.g. Sunday roasts.
Your primary role will be baking scones, cakes, roast lunches, and set meals, and managing stock levels of ingredients. You will also be assisting with general meal preparation at busy times, and will lead with providing a hot or cold buffet for periodic larger group bookings. You will have a small team working alongside you doing meal preparation and table service. We have established menus, but are always open to developing these, and you would bring new ideas and suggestions forwards from time to time to help keep the menu fresh and appealing.
Hours are Wednesday - Sunday, 9:30am - 4:30pm. Some extra hours may be available at busy times. We do not operate split shifts.
Wage dependent on age and experience. Non-smokers only please.
