The Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging, child-centred activities and maintaining a safe, caring atmosphere where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years
• Ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of all children in the setting
• Planning and implementing stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Working as part of a team to provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
• A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, reliable, and flexible approach
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential
