We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Contract Administrator to work within our team for 6 months. This role is based on site at our office located in Northwich, Cheshire. It would be advantageous if you have previous experience data entry or contract administration; however, we will also consider candidates with strong office administration experience, who demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.

The Role:

Work with Comms-care's internal systems including ServiceNow, Excel and Email. It is expected that the candidate will have good knowledge of Outlook, Teams and Excel, but training on ServiceNow and our processes will be provided if required
Track and review where contract data has changed as part of our services
Identify where a customer contract information needs to be updated and accurately update it
Where appropriate, also contact 3rd party suppliers via email and/or phone to update their contracts
Maintain good records of work completed, and provide concise management reporting on a weekly basis
Other data processing or analytic tasks, may be required, depending on ability and experience of the candidate
The Person:

This role would be suitable for an individual with experience of carrying out accurate and consistent data entry tasks, along with reviewing data entries to identify the required course of action
The successful candidate should be confident with computer systems and data entry, as well as working within excel (including using formulas) to track and report information
While you will be part of a larger team, you will spend most of your time working individually on these tasks and should be comfortable working on your own
Prior knowledge of ServiceNow would be advantageous but not essential
Attention to detail and able to take responsibility for assigned tasks
A quick learner - initial training and team support will be provided.
Possess a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
