Summary
- Identify relevant clinical information documented in patients correspondence, accurately read coding and completing any detailed action. - Entering the receipt of medical records from PCSE onto the clinical system - Ensuring computerised records are accurate and up to date - Correction of anomalies in patients records - Manage GP2GP electronic record transfers including reviewing degraded entries - Filing paper records into the medical records room - Culling and sorting patient paper records in preparation for summarising.
