To support the lymphadenopathy service To be present at new diagnosis of Lymphoma. To follow-up patients as appropriate and ensure all relevant information is available to enable patients to make an informed choice about their treatment Deliver evidence based individualised patient care according to patients changing health care needs, through holistic needs assessment (HNA).
