Danny Sullivan Group are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join a major infrastructure project near Leicester. This is a long-term PAYE position offering great rates, consistent hours, and the chance to be part of a high-profile civil engineering project in the UK. Job Description:
- Full-Time Position – 10 Hours/Day (Monday to Friday)
- Day Shifts Only
- Long-Term Work (2–3 Years)
- Immediate Start Available
- PAYE Rate: £17.22 per hour
- Rate uplifts available for overtime and weekends
- Paid Holidays – 28 Days/Annum
- Bank Holidays included
- Sick Pay and Pension Schemes
- Tax and NI handled for you
Your Role:
- Operating dumper and roller plant machinery across a live construction site
- Carrying out groundworks, backfilling, trench support, and reinstatement tasks as needed
- Supporting general site logistics, materials movement, and assisting other teams when required
- Performing daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Maintaining safe working practices and adhering to all on-site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (Essential)
- Dumper & Roller Tickets – CPCS preferred, NPORS accepted
- Must be able to drive – site is not accessible via public transport
- Valid Right to Work in the UK
- At least 1 reference from a previous similar role
- Previous experience on large civil or infrastructure projects (Preferred)
