Children Support Workers – Full Time, Permanent
Pay rate: £12.50 to £13.00 per hour (additional for sleep-ins)
Location: Loughborough
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the role:
As a Children Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours in a nurturing, homely environment.
You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team, providing emotional and practical care to help the young people reach their full potential.
Key details:
• Full time, permanent position
• Mixture of days, nights and sleep-ins (rotational shifts)
• Experience supporting children or young people with challenging behaviour is essential
• Suitable for candidates from SEN, children’s residential care, or adult support backgrounds
• Drivers preferred, but non-drivers considered if local to the area
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a Children Support Worker or similar role
• Confidence in managing challenging behaviour and implementing care plans
• A caring, resilient, and reliable personality
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including sleep-ins
Desirable:
• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willing to work towards this)
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
