Crynodeb
Maesglas is a 26 bed care home for the elderly situated in the village of Holt, Wrexham. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Senior Care staff to join and support our night teams.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Organising, supervising and supporting the night care team.
Administering and recording medication accurately and in a timely manner.
Dealing with medical issues appropriately and calmly, involving emergency services or other health professionals as needed.
Updating electronic care plans as needed.
Communicate clearly, accurately and professionally to update families, managers and health professionals.
Requirements:
Excellent, clear communication skills.
Previous supervisory experience.
Experience in administering and recording medication.
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or working towards.
