Job Opportunity: Project Worker – Homelessness Support

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Project Worker to join our team and support individuals on their journey toward stability, independence, and safe accommodation.

About the Role:
As a Project Worker, you’ll work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their home. You’ll provide practical and emotional support, help clients access services, and empower them to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support service users with day-to-day needs, including housing, benefits, and healthcare access.

Develop tailored support plans and regularly review progress with clients.

Advocate for individuals with local authorities and other support services.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all safeguarding and confidentiality policies are followed.

Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.

About You:

Experience working with people facing homelessness, complex needs, or social exclusion.

A compassionate and non-judgmental approach, with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Knowledge of housing systems, benefits, and local support networks is an advantage.

A valid enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.
